Directions to Ground Transportation Area MSP Terminal 1

• First thing, there should be “Ground Transportation” signs above head with arrows posted.  Follow these.
• From baggage claim-> you can either go up or down a level, cross over/under the arrivals pick up area, and then back down/up a level to get to the area with all the different transportation companies and their desks.  Technically the middle level, but the main level.
• The upper level is the lyft/uber area, the lower level is more of just a general area
• The desk will have a yellow and black Landline logo on the TV behind it.  And will be in a long row of about 10 desks with different transportation companies.  We are in the middle

 

Directions to Ground Transportation Area MSP Terminal 2

• First thing, there should be “Ground Transportation” signs with arrows posted.  Follow these.
• From baggage claim-> All on the same level, the main level.  You just need to walk across the arrivals pick up area, to the Ground Transportation Area.
• The counter will have a landline sign above it, and will be on the far right side of the Transportation Terminal (opposite of the rental cars)

  I walked to Ground Transportation—>Outstate Shuttles, at MSP Teminal 1. There was a Landline poster on the wall. But the shuttle never came there. I called multiple times to the Landline Company. They were very delayed replying. I eventually found out, too late, that Landline picks up not there but “silver ramp,” whatever that means. Makes no sense.

  
  Company desk at MSP 2 terminal not of help. I eventually took an overnight train to Fargo instead.
